Last summer, A$AP Rocky told the world that he'd be dropping an instrumental album. We're not versed on how long he'd been producing, but we'll take it, just based on what he would rap to. Hell, a guy like Clams Casino got 'nuff exposure working with Rocky. Like most things, though, we ended up pushing it to the back of our mind when we hadn't heard much from it. And while we're not sure what pushed Rocky to post the tunes from this today, he actually surprised us by doing it one better: he previewed "Riot Rave," a tune he'd produced with Baauer.

Seriously. Not even a week after previewing his Gesaffelstein collaboration "In Distress," we get "Riot Rave." And it's pretty interesting. It's hard to know where Rocky starts and Baauer ends, but on a slow and low instrumental, we get some distorted guitar, some somber pianos, and a grip of bass. And we're still bugging that it even happened.

There's no word on when Beauty and the Beast – Slowed Down Sessions Ch. 1 is set to drop, but we know it's being done in conjunction with VLONE. Preview another cut, "Unicorn," down below.
