Almost two months ago, Pete Tong premiered the first single from Avicii's forthcoming debut album TRUE, the country/pop hybrid "Wake Me Up," via his BBC Radio 1 program. Tonight, Tong premiered the next single, which features vocals from Salem Al Fakir, and is more of a mid-tempo (well, as mid-tempo as EDM can be), and features a very pop-leaning flair. Might not be something I'd play, but I imagine some of you androids will fox with this. Not in the club, but maybe on the way to the club. Or on the ride home from work before you pre-game to go to the club. Or maybe at work while you dream about leaving work to pre-game before hitting the club.
