We're not sure how big into the world of fresh, new EDM genres you truly are, but one vibe that's been bubbling underneath is the sound of "zouk bass." Many first discovered the sound via this Boiler Room set, and particularly this cut "Zouk Flute." We can't say we were up on the zouk sound prior to this, but the use of the seductive melody atop some proper UK-centric bass music? Yes, we're all about this.
A few others have come out in support of this growing sound, and while we're not sure how quickly this will rise, we'll gladly accept anything that sounds even half as sensual as Buraka Som Sistema's "Zouk Flute."
