Recently, one of my coworkers randomly expressed her appreciation for Daniel Avery. I thought it was weird, considering I'd not heard much from Daniel Avery since his 2013 debut Drone Logic. Guess who got the latest FACT mix? That's right. On the same day that the video for Drone Logic's "Knowing We'll Be Here" drops (which you can see up above), he drops a 78-minute trek, giving fans an electronic music pilgrimage through sounds build for headphones as well as for the dancefloor. I say all of this to say Daniel Avery is going on a super mini U.S. tour from August 22-24 (so far?), the dates of which you can find below.
