If a long-term follower of frequent flyer mileage champion and heavy bass producer David Heartbreak's journey through four-year journey through global sounds, "Needle," his latest "Arabic Dub" jam makes perfect sense. If we turn back the clock to his 2011 Heartbreak EP released with Toddla T's UK-based Girls Music, there's "Chaavi," a Bollywood-flavored banger at 110 BPM. However, as Hearbreak's tastes have evolved past moombahton, his love of Indian and Arabic basslines has remained, and we get this suave take on the turn up, the soulful funk of the lush percussion definitely giving the track a little something more. WIth Heartbreak freshly returned from a main stage set at Electric Zoo Mexico, it's entirely likely to expect some more heaters to come in the wake of his 2013 EP The Foundation for OWSLA.
