No, seriously. This video made by Diode Milliampere features a selection of tracks ranging in a variety of styles (from trap-ish beats to full-on dubstep) that he made using Adlib Tracker II, an MS-DOS program that “sequences the Yamaha OPL3 chip.” The wild shit is his tracks are pretty dope. They’re not crushing speakers, but the basslines he pulls off using this program are pretty damn otherworldly.
