DjTiGa – “F.M.L”

New Jersey producer DJ Tiga (not to be confused with Canadian producer Tiga, the Canadian producer DJ TygA, rapper Tyga, or a tiger of any kind) has been crafting destructive Jersey club records for years, and though he’s made a name for himself grinding through a steady stream of remixes, his latest is an original, and it’s a trap record, a genre he rarely dips into. “F.M.L.” uses signature trap synths, vicious drums, and toys with club breaks, adding an extra groove to an already sick tune. You also hear the “Brick Bandits” drop in this one, a brand that’s been engrained in the club scene that we continue to hear rumors of rebranding and relaunching sometime soon. We’re eager to see how that develops and souped to hear what DJ Tiga drops while we’re waiting, but in the meantime you can feel free to snag the Do Androids Dance exclusive download of “F.M.L.” below:

Ah man pretty dope but was expecting a little more from the drop tbh :-)

Not in a like a “i’m a dick and want a big drop kind of way” but more as in I find the sound design and the vibe to be more original and appealing until the drop. Then it’s a little “whatev’s mate”. The second drop is cool though because of the rhythm change up and some more interesting sound design comes back.
