Giving Fred V & Grafix's "Forest Fires" a serious wobble treatment, Taiki Nulight delivered a shuffling skip colored by slithering basslines that we can't get enough of. With previous releases on Black Butter Records, Cheap Thrill, and Party Like Us, Taiki Nulight has been crafting a unique take on bass-driven house and garage and in the process, has caught some serious attention. Tthe original "Forest Fires" is nothing like this remix at all in that it's a bright, melodic almost indie-flavored cut and this remix is the opposite—dark, funky, and just oozing with a griminess. Peep this before it drops on Monday.
