There are few things that truly compare to a nice summer dreamy house cut. Perhaps it's like the first lick of a vanilla ice cream cone or hitting that sweet spot at the top of riding a swing with your fling, but the point is that it's fleeting, ephemeral, and the type of feeling you just can't get enough of. Not less in quality nor to be compared to that of "the greats," but something to be enjoyed and taken exactly for what it is and to be enjoyed in the moment. It's exactly what your parents mean when they say "the little things." Perhaps then it's not surprising that this new summery remix jam comes from disco and house shamans Follow Me. This duo comes now with a new remix of FutureCop!'s "Eyes" and delivers a 125 BPM cut that keeps the original's sweet light fare and yet gives it a harder dancefloor groove. The original is more of a straight pop jam so this remix is a welcome addition to my summer crates and will be happy to have this one in the mix this summer.
