House music is either the sound of now or will be the sound of now. Don't try to fight it; just accept what is and live with it. We've been noticing that the house coming from across the Atlantic is blending with the garage style, creating an awesome, vocal-driven scene that's really been doing it for us.
Gorgon City's Real EP is set to drop February 17 via Black Butter, and today a preview of the title track, which features a beautiful vocal from Yasmin, has hit the 'Net, and this definitely gets the DAD stamp of approval. It's about love, but not cheese-y. It's got a slick bounce, but it's a front room anthem. "Real" maintains an adult vibe that we can't escape. Don't fight it, just revel in it.
