The world of Dutch house is a daunting one when you're trying to get into it and find something beyond big room these days. If in the last two years you thought the Dutch exclusively put out big room house, I wouldn't blame you. The sound has become saturated simplistic ripoffs. That said, high-flying and globe-trotting artists Hardwell and W&W are still sometimes breaking that formula and pushing something out a little different. Today, the two dropped their collaboration "The Dance Floor Is Yours" for free. Hardwell originally debuted the track at EDC Las Vegas this past June, and it's been slaying everywhere from Ibiza to Vegas and back all summer with soaring melodies, a big room kick, and some dopamine-flooding Dutch horns and synths just to make sure you're pushed over the edge. Now to actually download the track, it looks like there's some weird combination of tweeting #DanceFloorIsYours and heading to dancefloorisyours.com—it has a meter that, at the time of press, reads 4%. Maybe a certain number of tweets need to come along before it's released? Who knows.
