It’s been a while since we first got hip to the sounds of Henry Krinkle. The Estonian-born, LA-living (by way of Shanghai) producer first came on to our radar before DAD even launched. Two years ago we got a taste of “Stay”—an Alicia Keys-sampling, R&B-infused, deeper-styled house cut that stole our hearts. Now we see DAD favorite and dirtybird regular Justin Martin unleashed his own take, and the result is just mint. With its big room size yet slick and slippery basslines, Martin delivers something of an underground earworm to bring a classic track back to decks. Justin's version isn't for the bedroom like the original, but moreso a massive club in a cave or a warehouse with excellent acoustics. I don't know what else to say other then I really love this and I'm glad Martin put this out.
