Some of the best news I happened to get this week was word that Hybris has an album forthcoming on Noisia's Invisible Recordings imprint. Even better? The first cut from that release is "eWaste," which they gave away for free. It's riding a wave that is impacting everything in my life right now. There's something about producers that approach non-dnb cuts with a dnb mentality; this thing is drenched in what sounds like so much future technology, it ends up being this funky neuro virus that's gone sentient. Who even knows where to place cuts like these? Just drop it and send the dancefloor into hysterics, right? Oh, I've got it: this is the sound of the techno-organic virus seeping into Cable's skin.
