Duke Dumont’s Blasé Boys Club won’t just be and isn’t a vanity imprint. At this point Dumont’s BBC is setting itself up to be a home for growing talents. The first is Jax Jones. Jones previously broke out this year with a few remixes for Dumont and is slated to release the debut of his first single on September 21, “Go Deep.” The Janet Jackson sampling track has already gained big numbers and helped make Dumont a regular at this year’s Ibiza season, and is now ready for a big release.

To go along with the release, GRUM was recruited to remix the track. The result? Well, it’s different, as in it’s not so much deep as it is BIG and as it is ACID. The track’s manic energy is convincing with rave stabs, thumping kicks and a rumbling bass. Scotland’s GRUM has been around for a minute with spades of remixes, two albums, releases on Armada Records, Spinnin’ Records, and Ultra Music. This one proves once again why GRUM has been able to stick around for the last little bit.
