It seems these days if you’re an emerging house music artist, you might have to at least claim some sort of UK lineage. Of course that’s a bit facetious but there’s no doubt the UK has been really churning out some incredible house music in the last bit. With that in mind, it can be hard to separate who’s worth following. Just Kiddin is one of those acts worth following.
The duo, made up of childhood friends Lewis and Laurie of Kettering, Northamptonshire, England, bring a deep and funky vocal sound to house with tips from Gorgon City, Duke Dumont, and classic house as a whole with their new single, “Thinking About It.” It’s a track that should fit into peak time club sets with ease as it’s rhythm is easy to bop and groove to. This track is melodically rich and the lyrics are easy enough to remember.
