As if successfully punting Basement Jaxx's 2001 big beat classic "Where's Your Head At?" into the techno void, Calgary's Smalltown DJs partner with Canadian bass-smith Lambo for a remix of Justin Martin's single "Buggin." Stating that "ahead of the Mad Decent Boat Party (for which they are booked) we wanted to give away something juicy," and that "Justin Martin is one of our all time fave humans and producers," the free-to-download track takes the general funk of Martin's sound and blends it with cold atmospherics, an energetic electro sizzle and a breadth and depth lacking in the original that pushes the production in a positive, floor-filling manner.
