Charlie Bars is an alias for Logic Ali, one half of Trapzillas. Both of the prolific producers in the duo known most for their connection to RiFF RAFF are in the middle of prepping the next generation for the takeover, mentoring promising artists and helping them navigate this industry. But KiD KOBRA is nothing ordinary, and we're marveling at the fact that a 17-year-old is making nutty twerk and moombahton from his home in California. I actually got an early leak of this high schooler's forthcoming EP, and was blown away. It's fully-developed bass music, and is rhythmically pleasing. "Booty Drop" is just that, meshing rapid-fire vocals with a filthy bassline. We'll be sure to give you all the heads up on future releases from KiD KOBRA.
