The capabilities and vision of Boston's Moduloktopus are truly a step above, and we're more than curious how much content he's actually holding onto. His mastery of production is indisputable, and he has enough material for two additional aliases with their own definitive personas. He has another side project as Wizgen, and is one half of Blunt Sinatras. He seems keen on using Do Androids Dance as his go-to platform to flex his production skills, and we're more than happy to oblige as he hands us these insane tunes. His latest is a flip of Lil Silva's "Venture," a year-old banger that combined minimal sequencing, bouncing bass, and abnormal synth work into one ferocious tune. This was the second (and last) release for his limited edition white label series, which was supported by all of the right names, and released only on vinyl. Even as a rework, Moduloktopus' flare and style is incredible, and this has been offered up as a free download. Feel free to stream or snag below:
