Maelstrom and Louisahhh!!!, the queen of dark techno, tag teamed on this free three-track EP and the results are about what we would have expected: dark, icy and very industrial. On this release the two Bromancers unleash an insane remix of "Let The Beat Control Your Body," a cover of "Make It Happen" by Playgroup, and a tribute track of "Black Skinhead" by Kanye West. In addition to being an accomplished DJ and producer, Louisahhh!!! also does the vocals on many of her own tracks and collaborations. On this release in particular, her sensuously malicious vocals feature prominently slotting in perfectly with the harsh, industrial techno flavor of the instrumentals. For lovers of industrial techno and the current French sound in general, this EP is like getting to open presents before Christmas morning.
