When I spoke with Afrojack, he had recently spoken with Huffington Post, being drawn into the Miley Cyrus debate, and mentioned that he was going to remix "Wrecking Ball." I imagine some people thought that was a weird notion; it's hard to ignore the media storm that's clouded Miley during 2013, and we're surprised that there haven't been more (thirsty) remixes of her hits that have come our way. That's probably for the better, as Afrojack (who understands scorned celebrities like Miley and Bieber) took the opportunity to remix "Wrecking Ball" "cuz I love her." Loved her enough to churn out a seven-minute monster that we have a feeling Miley will be raging to once she's in the club with this turned up LOUD.
