It has to be a big moment when a mighty label like Ram Records signs you exclusively. That's not to say that aligning yourself with other imprints is something to shy away from, but the house that Andy C built is known for presenting the cream of the crop when it comes to upfront drum & bass madness. The duo known as Mind Vortex has been loyal to Ram for the last four years, being featured on a number of their bigger compilations while also putting out their own stellar releases, including "Alive" and last year's "Gravity." On November 23, the next chapter in their Ram story is the Colours EP, which features four massive new tunes, including "Overture," which has been rinsed by Andy C himself. And while the title track is dope, today we present "Underworld," a darker, rowdy bit that comes with a more unconventional drum pattern than you expect from drum & bass. It's all about high octane speed, weighty kicks, and a gnarly bassline. This one is for the heads in the middle just itching to let the beast out. Rock on, ravers, rock on.
