Well, my favorite tune from the early MSCLS demos is now out into the world and dammit if it doesn't sound rather amazing with the fully-realized master behind it. I identified this one early on as a potential massive winner for MSCLS and collaborator Knox and it's pretty much the hot fire flames in this current slower tempo'd bass-driven house movement. Everything about this tune is basically spot on. The overall clubby bounce of the percussion and bassline definitely drives the pulse on the dance floor. The eerie synths create a haunting and ominous undertone that adds a bit of nervous tension. And the slowed vocal sample of the tune's namesake seems to be the element that takes this one over the top. This one churns it out with a special fire.
