NightCap is a new act on the scene who have just put out their self titled EP on San Francisco's Bad Shoes Records. Composed of Baan (the label founder) who you may know more from his global bass output and Kaili Smith, they explore darker and deeper sounds while still retaining elements that can help a dancefloor erupt. I'm really enjoying the whole thing but this freebie that they have so kindly provided DAD is a good place to start. It's got a really interesting beat that changes up multiple times during the track that keeps you guessing. Interested to hear what these guys will put out next.
