When we first got put onto Madeaux (shouts to the Constant Gardner), we were immediately blown away by his sound, which he likes to call "chopped and screwed electronic soul" or "underwater pop music." We tend to just call it "that shit that we need to listen to, right now. He's linked up with LessThan3 to put out his self-titled debut EP, but cooked up this adventurous mix, traveling through the EP's tracks ("Departing," "Transatlantic Rhapsody," "Midnight Sun," and "Accidentals," all of which are feature in this mix), as well as tracks from like-minded producers like Disclosure, Shadow Child, and Pho.no. His is a part of that UK garage/UK bass sound that we're stuck on.
