If there's one record I'm pissed I missed initially, it was Rae Sremmurd's "No Flex Zone." I didn't pick up on it until Nicki Minaj (and Pusha T) added verses to it, but there's something about that "they knoooow better" in the hook that had me stuck for an entire afternoon. Well, that over a Mike WiLL MADE IT beat is key. In any case, 1DAFUL sent over this Melbourne bounce-infused rework of "No Flex Zone," and I was skeptical. I didn't think it'd work, but I was surprised. It's not easy to translate the beat into something that'll go off in the house sector, but it works. Definitely a main stage bomb, and I like how the vocals were twisted into an insane melody once this one drops.
