You have to love when new music from names you'd never heard of blows you away. Case in point: someone put me onto Skapes, who I had no idea was bubbling on the low. Out last week on Punks Music is Skapes' Shadows EP, which is a dynamic debut–as well as a great collection of house treats for you heads out there. With remixes of Toddy Terry and Herve lined up, as well as singles for UKF and Cheap Thrills, it'll be interesting to see how quickly Skapes rises through the ranks. For right now, get introduced to the producer with this hour-long mix, which was concocted as a promo set in support of Shadows. No tracklist, but we're hoping many of the gems we're hearing are forthcoming Skapes treats. Keep it locked!
