No android’s summer soundtrack would have been complete without a healthy dose of Snakehips. It was only about a month ago the UK act blessed us with their Sinead Harnett collaboration “Days With You,” and two months ago that they were the featured artist on Sinead’s “No Other Way” Now following that, this week Snakehips delivered “After I Met U” and has us fully swooning. Mixing bits of that neon future bass style with the '90s R&B and disco flavor, Snakehips is in fine form. It’s not quite the upbeat banger like their cut “Make It,” but it’s definitely the hyphiest since that. Unfortunately there’s no word on when this is dropping but damn, I wanted this yesterday.
