Have you listened to Aphex Twin? Have you listened to Skrillex? Skrillex’s music is not just rage-your-face off bass, it’s also got a certain tender emotional quality to it that’s a direct juxtaposition against the bass. A lot of people don’t even realize this because they only see it as rage music when it fact there’s actual artistic merit to it and can be understood at a much deeper level. Alas, not everyone will get it.

Haha I’m very familiar with Aphex Twin and I quite enjoy his material and recognize his importance to electronic music and music as an artistic medium. In fact, I listen to quite a bit of Aphex Twin But I guess we’ll just see things differently
