If you've been checking DAD for the last year, Cy Kosis is a name you've seen on the regular. At 24, this LA (by way of Queens, NY) producer/DJ has been helping establish the bass music scene. His catalog isn't that extensive, but it doesn't need to be; his name travels. He spent 2012 putting out bits for Generation Bass and Think 2wice, but it was 2013 where we saw Cy blossom, releasing music via David Heartbreak's More Acid compilation, remixing Rell the Soundbender, and he even won the honor of spinning at the EDC New York. Dude's a beast with it, and you can see that via this exclusive mix, which is made up of primarily his own material. He didn't go on a drum & bass hype (although I know he can), but many facets of the trap and twerk/bounce scenes are represented in this set.
