Toronto's HolloH are a young duo slowly but surely making waves at home and around the world with their unique stylings that perfectly walk the line between being chill and still getting a party started. I've spent the last few weeks getting to know their tunes and have come love their vibey takes on classic tracks from Beyonce to Madonna as well as some amazing original work. They win because they're versatile. From breaks to bassline to house to grime, they display a mastery of ambiance. It's music painted in dark shades, evoking the night, the club and furtive encounters. It's paid off too. They've played the main stage of Toronto's huge Time Festival and have upcoming supporting gigs with Breach, Route 94, Skream, and, most notably on Halloween with SBTRKT at the legendary Danforth Music Hall (sold out, sorry guys). I'm sure you'll love the mix below and if you really dig they have a new remix of Beyonce's "Partition" that is just bang on (doing that thing where chefs kiss their fingers to show something is delicious).
