One of the biggest things that can irk me about the digital age in music is the lack of care that some producers have regarding the art surrounding their persona. I get situations where an artist wants to be anonymous, but oftentimes an artist will have a GREAT name or vision, but then leaves the visual representation up to chance. Not Feed Me, though. Earlier this year, he revealed that the name "Feed Me" actually comes from a very dark place, but through music and art, Feed Me (real name Jon Gooch) was able to move past his fears. From the looks of it, he turned that fear into a playful, memorable character, the green Feed Me monster that grew into a massive stage show, TEETH.

As you'll see below, it was a huge undertaking in transforming the literal teeth from this imaginary monster into a monstrous live set piece that not only looks impressive, but is pretty damn insane when all of the lights and pictures are forming on the huge, sharp fangs. It's a striking image, these sharp teeth jutting out of a twisted smile, along with the yellow eyes (Scut Farkus, eat your heart out) piercing from the top. It also helps throw Feed Me into the lot with EDM heavyweights like Skrillex and deadmau5, who make sure their live tours are accented with larger-than-life displays, so the crowd doesn't spend 90 minutes staring at a DJ bouncing around.

Over the years, we've seen these TEETH warped into a number of different places, and wanted to collect some of the different, intriguing ways that people have interpreted what was once the representation of Gooch's fear, an image that now symbolizes a truly unique, always welcome sound that pierces through the rest of the electronic music scene.

We salute you, Feed Me, for giving us another logo that we can't wait to see our children tattoo on their person.
