Last night, news broke that Kanye West let DJ Million Dollar Mano go. Judging by the video that heads from the Kanye To The forum showed that Mano wasn't necessarily doing his job (check out the clips below). We know everyone has off nights, but there seem to have been too many instances where the music would abruptly cut out during Kanye's performances. We figured Kanye might be looking for replacements, and wanted to steer him in the direction of some selectors that might really help Kanye shine.

Hudson Mohawke

This should be a no-brainer, right? HudMo's an official part of G.O.O.D. Music, and his fingerprints were all over Yeezus. He even owns some fly, alternate versions of a number of Kanye West tracks, and we think they could put on some truly epic live shows if they locked horns and really hashed something out.

Brodinski

Brodinski's another Yeezus contributor that helped shape Kanye's sound for the better. The blend of raw hip-hop aggression with that hard techno sound is so brutal, and Brodinski has a great love for hip-hop. He has his own needs–he is a solo artist and runs Bromance–but we'd love to see Brodinski and Kanye touring in Europe for some dates.

A-Trak

In a recent post about #RealDJing, A-Trak spoke about his time spent touring with Kanye West and how that helped him evolve his style, allowing him to see the bigger picture. A-Trak was an accomplished turntablist at the time, but realized how he had to adjust his style as a live DJ to not abandon those out there. It'd be kind of dope to see what Kanye and A-Trak could do in 2014/2015, given the success they have both had since their first got together.

Check out this video of some of A-Trak's adventures touring with Kanye during the College Dropout era.

Lunice

There's just something about the energy that Lunice brings live; he could be given a pretty dope role in a Kanye live performance. They know each other; Lunice has spoken on jewels that Kanye gave him when playing beats for 'Ye before. It just makes sense, really. Maybe HudMo could hook it up.

Evian Christ

Evian's another Yeezus contributor, and continues to make these bombastic tracks that helped usher in the Yeezus phase of Kanye's maturation. He's unassuming and qualified; why not have him soak up that tour life, possibly knocking out tunes with 'Ye in their off hours.

Enferno

Not Available Interstitial

Enferno's been the champ with live remixes of bangers; while working with Kanye might entail more than his own interpretations of these cuts, he's a gifted DJ that would be able to move the crowd with precision timing. Kanye could probably work out some dope cues for Enferno to go buck as well.

Flosstradamus

The #HDYBYZ represent Chicago, as well as the more turnt side of Kanye's sound. They are world-traveled DJs who are doing big things right now. While a stint as Kanye's DJ(s) might make Kanye shows more of a party, a short batch of dates could work.

Ta-ku

Not Available Interstitial

Australia's Ta-ku and Kanye have one thing in common: a deep love and appreciation for J Dilla. They took those tools and did their own, original things with them, but it'd be a dope feather in Ta-ku's cap to land a gig like this, especially because he's shown signs of being adept at cutting and scratching (it's that hip-hop love in him, we guess).

Gant-Man

Not Available Interstitial

Sure, Gant-Man's the juke king. But he's also one of the only juke artists to score a major label remix (for Beyonce in 2005). He also, obviously, follows the hip-hop scene, and could bring a sense of party-rocking (along with some hometown flair) to Kanye's live shows. Sometimes you need a proper vet on the scene.

Zane Lowe

Not Available Interstitial

Zane Lowe's admiration of Kanye's work was seen in their conversation from 2013 for BBC Radio 1. Zane's done his thing as a DJ, and would more than likely be very complimentary to what Kanye would want.

Kanye West

He is a god, you know. Who better to DJ for Kanye than Kanye?
