One fact that's always amazed us was Flosstradamus saying everything they learned about making music they got from watching production tutorials on YouTube. It's insane how much knowledge is out there; you could purchase software, throw away the book, and just find out how to create certain things with a few Google searches. We decided to see how much knowledge we could gain about one particular producer. With Recess seemingly making everyone rediscover their love for Skrillex, we figured it would be interesting to see how much of a handle we could get on his sound via YouTube. Mind you, we post this so people can see that the sounds you're raging to aren't necessarily hard to make, but it's what you do with the tools that make you stand out. No, we don't want this feature to make 5011 Skrillex clones. Stay original! But know that the knowledge and how you incorporate what you learn into your own work is where the true magic happens.

That out of the way, it's time to make some filth!
