While he’s one-third of the now-on-hiatus Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello is not taking any days off. Today, Steve Angello’s Size Records turns ten-years-old, and it’s far from done. Truthfully, it’s just getting started, and has plans to continue providing Steve’s vision for the EDM scene to the masses.
Dancing Astronaut spent this past week highlighting Size’s 10 years, from interviewing the likes of Junior Sanchez, AN21, and many others. The capper was an interesting piece with Steve himself, with him touching on everything from being six months sober to how hard it can be to run a label (and why you need a great team to do it). Regardless of how you feel about Angello, SHM, and their whole movement, you have to at least respect anyone who can keep an imprint of this caliber running for a decade, especially when they’re planning on making bigger moves.
Do yourself a favor and reflect on Size.
