In an interview with The Doctor from Australia's Triple J, Daft Punk spoke on a number of things, including what the concept of "Get Lucky" represents for the vast number of eras it touches, they mention that they have no plans to tour Random Access Memories, and why they chose Wee Waa to premiere the album. You remember that story, right? Wee Waa, Australia, is where the worldwide album debut will take place, and the androids felt that, based on previous trips to Australia, the people really understand their music. So, for any one of you thinking there was some wild reasoning behind that choice of venue, some things are as easy as "we like this place and want to do something there."
