While Afrojack has been making good on his promise of knocking out a remix of Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball," Miley's up in the VIP flipping off DJ Chuckie for saying her name. That's right, based on this Facebook update from earlier today, Chuckie says that after he jokingly said "somewhere in America, Miley Cyrus is still twerking..," Miley Cyrus flipping him off... and got kicked out of Create's VIP. Judging by her outfit in the picture, this had to have been on Halloween. Maybe Miley's like "the joke is over, give it up."
