If you’re heading down to Miami during this year’s Miami Music Week / Winter Music Conference (can we just settle on one name, please?), one event we’re hoping you caught wind of was REMEMBRANCE, a special festival that will “help raise funds for cancer research, to remember those who have passed and to celebrate the life that we all have.” For those who guessed it, this even is in party celebrating the memory of Paul Baümer, the Bingo Players member who passed away in December. A portion of the proceeds from Remembrance will be helping the KWF and the American Cancer Society. Tickets were $43 for early birds, $63 for general admission. As of the time of this posting, the only things available are $1500 VIP (with six guests) tickets, but we got word today that a small number of tickets will be going on sale tomorrow, March 18, at 2PM EST. Capacity has been increased, and we imagine that line-up, which features Bingo Players, Chuckie, Dada Life, Henry Fong, MAKJ, and more. More details on Wantickets for those of you trying to get in.
