Hospital Records has been undoubtedly killing it this past half of the year. With releases from some of dnb's hottest acts, their London-based collective has been an integral part to the revamping of the bass music scene. Earlier today, they took the honor of hitting fans with highly-anticipated special announcement.
After dropping volume one of the two part album project Back to Basics from S.P.Y back in April, they have now pulled one of the LP's highlights entitled "Dusty Fingers" and have launched an official remix competition for producers across the globe. Submission stages will begin November 1, and end at the start of December. Fans of the label can download stems here, and prep their entries here. It'll surely be a fun run, and we can't wait to find out what sort of talent gets uncovered from this. Oh and did we mention that the grand prize winner gets the following?
