SFX Entertainment continues to push EDM EMC forward, and with the purchases of so many different festival brands (and the creation of new ones), they needed a ticketing company that was dependable. Enter Flavorus, who announced SFX Entertainment's purchase this morning. Over the last 15 years, Flavorus has lent their ticketing service to many of the major players; hell, this year they already have EDC Las Vegas on their docket. They made sure to mention that there would be no issues with their current partners, with Insomniac being one of them. There's been no mention of price of this purchase, but we imagine SFX paid a good amount. Check out Flavorus' official statement:
