“Summer’s Last Stand” is the best tagline for the North Coast Music Festival. Taking place in Chicago’s Union Park from Friday, August 31 through September 1, the fourth annual North Coast Music Festival is that last hurrah before you return to school/work/whatever you’re doing when you’re not going ham during the summer months. You should celebrate in style, right?

DAD’s got the scoop on the first wave of artists, and they have announced a number of talented acts. On the EDM side, they’ve roped in Afrojack, Skream, Datsik, Madeon, RL Grime, Paper Diamond, Laidback Luke, and Claude VonStroke. If you love hip-hop, you’ve got Wu-Tang Clan performing 36 Chambers in full, as well as Nas and Mac Miller, and DAD-approved acts like Just Blaze, AlunaGeorge, and others are also on the bill. You can check out the full first wave lineup below.

Just so you know, the limited discounted tickets are already sold out, so you’re going to want to secure your tickets ASAP. You can head on over to Clubtix and purchase them right now, and keep it locked for more news on the NCMF.

Horrible Line Up, and even worse venue. The stages are practically on top of each other… No thanks!
