Reports are surfacing that Tiësto may be hospitalized following his scheduled performance to close out 99.7 NOW's Electric Bounce House event at SAP Center in San Jose, California. According to Dancing Astronaut, paramedics "surrounded" Tiësto and "quickly cleared out the backstage area." An announcement followed, explaining that Tiësto would not be finishing his set.
The video up above (spotted on Your EDM) shows the very beginning of Tiesto's set; if you look around the seven-second mark in the countdown, a figure in white (allegedly Tiesto) does look to fall down (possibly from hitting his head on the LED screen) or pass out, and the audio technician who was checking the equipment seems to be looking over him, trying to assist him. We'll be keeping an eye on this developing story, and will update with new details as they emerge.
Saw #TIESTO rushing down the stage with a towel press against the left side of his head. #ebh #sanjose. His sets cancelled. #pray4tiesto
