2001: A Daft Odyssey

When I first heard "Contact," the spaceman dialogue immediately had me seeing moving pictures set in space in my head. Something about the music, it just fits that intergalactic vibe. Whomever mashed Daft Punk and DJ Falcon's "Contact" with 2001: A Space Odyssey is a wise individual. This fits perfectly, and wasn't edited at all (although from what we're reading, others have tried to throw different parts of Random Access Memories under the film, but it didn't work as well).

We'll just say it now: Random Access Memories isn't a club album. It's not a "sitting around the house" album. You need to be on the move. Take a fucking trip, go on an excursion, journey out into the wilderness. Live life tot his.
